Really cool car! Congratulations so exciting getting in to your own macan its the closest thing to christmas an adult can get. Did you pay extra for the rubber matts?
Safe travels forge197 <img src="https://www.macanforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley20.gif" alt="Thumbs Up" title="Thumbs Up" />

Couldn't get any carbon fibre mats so had to make do with Halfords specials.. I do like to keep the carpet mats clean and having to visit dirty sites for work makes it really difficult.. Hence the naff rubber mats

No problem happy to help.

Carbon wins every time... <img src="https://www.macanforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley1.gif" align="middle" />

Nice little write up sounds good, doesn't help those of us waiting as of course again sounds great and something to look forward too <img src="https://www.macanforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley1.gif" align="middle" />, the adaptive seats look stunning, glad to hear they are comfy,  My wife and I did have a disagreement around how there could be 18 adjustments but we've got over that now <img src="https://www.macanforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley36.gif" align="middle" /> and it's all been explained.

I had adaptive sport seats on the cayenne and thought they were great one of the easy choices to make.. We have adaptive seats on the Boxster too but they are no where near as comfy as the type fitted in the cayenne or macan.

Piercy. Is that a white 981 Boxster I spy reflected in the first photo ? Having swapped my 2.7 981 PDK for my diesel Macan would be interested to hear your thoughts on the comparison.

It is a Boxster S with pdk and it belongs to the Mrs.. Although she hardly ever drives it. It is difficult to compare to the Macan as they are so very different as you know. Found myself going for the Boxster keys today though and love going for a blast.. I really don't think the Macan will stir the same emotions when having a blast along one of our favourite routes, although, I couldn't live the Boxster as an every day car.. We were planning on trading the Boxster in for the macan but in the end decided to keep it for the summer at least..

The 981 Boxster was my daily car for 2 years. I agree the Macan does not stir the same emotions but other than another Boxster or Cayman cannot think of a better car for the money.

Now that I do agree with.. I just do too many miles for a sports car to make sense as a daily drive... But if I had the opportunity of blasting across the Yorkshire Moors or Dales to work I think my opinion may change.

Going off topic on this forum but I have to agree how brilliant my Boxster is. It's been to Wales, France, Spain and Germany (Porsche museum, got a valet as a nice surprise from Porsche when I was wandering round). I think I might have developed mild HEARING loss but it's addictive to plug into the machine so directly.
