Prepare to open a can of worms !
I have it on my 992 but not on our Macan
I don’t miss it on the Macan
What should I spec on my Macan? FAQ
With SC on Gen 2 the big gain is the steering wheel control for modes. Whether that is worth £500 depends on how you drive the car and whether you are a regular user of modes. I would order SC again despite not using launch control or timing. I regularly use the switch to move to Sports mode or Individual set to Sports for engine and sports plus for Suspension

I'd say the Chrono thing on the dash is a waste of space, save your cash and put it towards Burmester!Batuk wrote: ↑Mon Sep 21, 2020 9:55 am About to fnalise Macan 2l order.
Selected a few options. Is it worth getting Sports Chronos bearing in mind is only a 2l model? Asking because I like the clock thing on the dash. However ordering a compass/clock to fill the space costs around £240. For £500 more can get the Chronos pack. Should I just go for Chronos pack? Any views, thoughts welcome and gratefully appreciated

It won't do much for the performance, but it is hugely appealing at resale. Had it on my Gen 1 Macan and my Cayman GTS: never used it, but both cars sold for good prices and quickly. The dash clocks did look niceBatuk wrote: ↑Mon Sep 21, 2020 9:55 am About to fnalise Macan 2l order.

I'm speccing it again on the GTS, but mainly for the controller, and resale appeal. I'll never launch control mine

In which case to my mind a sports car should always be a convertible with a manual gearbox and no electronic aids.
