Yes it does. Did the OPC not set this up and demonstrate it? There may be some setup differences now for Gen 2 cars but check on the My Porsche help pages for guidance.

Yes and I can add that the 'add a fuse' only has one fuse in it, that is the fuse used to power the cam i.e. it does not have a fuse in the section that would provide power to that unused function (whatever that is) which is comforting as I would have been a little concerned powering up some thing not knowing what that thing was.

No they didn't but I've got an appointment later this week to get the telematics sorted, I'll put that on my list.

If the car has internet access, the cam must have an ip address which mean I should be able to access it from anywhere.
