20" wheels on my GTS and get the Ackerman at times when on full lock. So wouldn't say it's going to make a great deal of difference.

Had a 911 demo today and an amazing amount of Ackerman effect on that. So much so that my wife who was a passenger asked what was wrong with the car. zero Ackerman effect on my Taycan but imagine the rear wheel steering helps.

I get it on the 911 all the time. I can predict the outside temperature by it - 10 degrees or lower it happens, over 10 degrees, nothing… 🤷‍♂️

It is just the combination of various physical geometry factors will mean that wheels will scrub more when on full lock and even more so when the weather is cold and sidewalls less forgiving . Having lower profile tyres just means there is less sidewall flex and so it is more noticeable.
It’s more the excess scrubbed edges on the tyres I’m keen to avoid rather than the noise. It’s full lock in and out of its parking spot at home
Looks like you have P Zero Corsa tyres too. Not so much tread in the first instance and generally not recommended in extreme cold temperatures. You could consider a smaller diameter winter set
