Must be in good condition with plenty of tread

Yes, sorry I should have made it clearer. I'm looking to buy some used tyres.

Don't do it. You will never know what has happened (history of use) with used tyres. Buy new, especially for your Macan.

If you don't have a Porsche warranty, then new non-N rated tyres might be a lower cost option. Look at tier 2 brands, rather than tier 3 / budget new ones.
