Morning folks

As some of you might already know, I’ve just just inherited from my uncles estate a basket case of random things !

Amongst lots of property, old tractors, jcb, blackbird motorbike are not one, but two Subaru SVXs if anybody remembers them!?

Anyway I need to move the Scoobys on and as you might expect the market is minimal and yet it seems criminal to scrap them

Forums I have found seem dead (the SVX one I joined ages ago and stil waiting to be accepted!) so I wondered if any of the scooby guy on here have any ideas

Cheers

SVX, that’s a rare one. Did see one come up on Car and Classic last year and it sold, not a fortune but there are some enthusiasts still out there and parts are non existent, good luck.

What about just Autotrader? Worth a try.

Great to inherit such a lot of "stuff". Honda Blackbird sounds good too. I have a really nice one at the back of my garage. Still a very fast motorcycle 180 mph and absolutely rapid getting there :D :D

Why not try Mathewsons, (Derek, Dave & Paul as seen on Bangers & Cash) their next classic car auction is in mid February. Not sure where you are based but these guys tend to travel all over the country to collect cars, they also like to put oddball tractors and motorbikes into their auctions!!

Try the Retro Rides classifieds? It's still a relatively busy forum.

A mate of mine had an SVX back in the day, it drove really well, handled well, but boy was it pig ugly. Went to South of France in it with him, fantastic mile muncher it was.

Indeed they are but these are sadly not in a good condition but as you imply, maybe good for parts
