Could be?

That was certainly the case in my experience with both BMW and Saab seats with the ventilation option in the past.

Any comments on the bits that were better? (In your opinion of course) 😉
Macan GT Sports steering wheel is smaller in diameter and thinner 🤓
It’s smaller in diameter and thicker rimmed 🤓

Had both. GT is slightly thicker and more padded in feel, although a few mills less in diameter. I actually prefer standard but would be in minority ☺️

I added it to my spec for Gen3 prior to actually getting my hands on one. When I did test drive one I thought the different hand/arm position was not as good, however, for reasons now lost in the mists of time it stayed in the spec. Now frankly, I just don't notice any difference.

You've made some interesting comments. I'll be adding my thoughts in a few days... Just picked up a 'loan' car from Porsche Silverstone after my Cayman was dropped off with an engine misfire.

Porsche Assist have upgraded their loan cars, no longer a run of mill hire car, now it's a Porsche! I've been lent a base Macan; std sound system, steel springs and 14way seats. Now its sitting side-by-side with my Macan S; siblings but not twins, lets see how it pans out.
