I was in an OPC today and there was a 73 plate GTS ready for collection. It had P Zeros on it.
I've got an S parked outside with them too but that doesn't count Michelin out..
Point I was making is that the factory hasn’t dropped P Zeros in favour of Latitudes. I suspect it’s just what they can get a delivery of, but I suspect the norm is still the P Zero at the factory.
Back in May I was told by one of the CAT Driver Training instructors that Pirelli had introduced a new compound, I presume to address previous deficiencies that Tracky for one has highlighted. Don't know, if my tyres have it or how I'd tell! Steve?

Only by knowing the date from which Pirelli implemented this new compound.
On the tyre sidewall the date is marked by week and year. For example 1023 = week 10 of 2023.

Tour HPs sound good on wear but tbh a tyre that lasts more than 40k in an SUV must make compromises elsewhere. What sort of life can I expect from a Sport 3?

My front sport latitude 3's were down to 3 mm ish at 25K and my rears have now done 30K and are at 4mm
My summers are only on the Macan spring summer and autumn. I do have a winter wheel set and previously I have found summers do wear faster if used in winter

I got 18,754 miles from a set of Sport 3, used year round, on my previous SD. They had 3mm fronts and 4mm rears remaining at the change. Traded it in at 21,000 miles, hence the early new set.

What Pirelli deficiencies? My 3 week S had P zeros on

That I can't answer, I've only seen them criticised by others on the forum. Tracky?

The Latitude Sport 3 N2 rated is factory fitted on 21" rims at present, but smaller rims may differ. I swopped from Conti's to Michelin and the improvement in handling is incredible.
