I have specifically delayed the date I drop the car in to supposedly have a Taycan as a loan car - we will see what happens. The price quoted is £32.50 on the OPC portal which was never shared when I phoned up hence me asking the question as it felt misleading.

 Ask for a discount on whatever they’re charging you, if they don’t provide a Porsche loaner.

If you get a Golf loaner, you should be paying Golf servicing/repair costs! ;)

The OPC must be hard up :? unless that £32.50 is a specific charge for having a Taycan for the day?

Did they ask you to provide your own coffee and biscuits?! :P

Brilliant. I’m stealing that one Simon - they charge me Porsche money and I get a Porsche loaner. 👍

As far as I know, Porsche Wolverhampton loan out Porsches. When I went to do some test drives most of the cars were out as loaners.

Heard a story at my OPC that a family came to test drive a Taycan. Mother and Father both wanted to drive it so gave their driving Licences in. They let their 19 year old son have a go who unfortunately crashed it causing a lot of damage. OPC's insurance would not cover costs so not sure what happened. Nightmare situation.

Also illegal as technically he wasn't on the insurance and therefore could be done. Unless he has his own car which would cover 3rd party cars at RTA only. Big bill.

probably a discretionary thing. Like I say the loaner docs I signed said I’d be charged but I never have been.
