My OPC gave me the best offer, admittedly last August, but they supplied the car and it was like new and with very low miles when they took it back. It was sold in a couple of weeks.

Interestingly, Rarecolour’s green Turbo was bought by Exeter OPC via Motorway! 🤓

It probably has as a lot of folk tighten their purse strings. The lure of a new reg plate in September also doesn’t work for dealers any longer as they have no available new stock to offer.

Some OPC used prices do look a bit more attractive than 6 months ago, but the result is quite a wide range of price across the dealers for similar cars. I think a few more OPCs will be lowering their used prices and no doubt their trade in bids.

You’d think they’d be keen to have a nice spec well looked after example. Minimal prep work and if they chose to swap the wheels out they’d just inflate their sale price accordingly.

If I'd kept my TT for another 3 months I probably would be better off. However really enjoyed my 1st Macan and cant wait for new one now

May I ask what they paid for it as you wanted £55K on a private sale.

Sorry, I actually see that after posting earlier in the thread. They are not being greedy to be fair working on a £4K margin (8%), I thought they usually wanted 10% plus. That said I don't think they needed to do much, it looked a well looked after car. It also seems to be keenly priced against other examples not as well spec'd as yours. Maybe the prices are about to drop as the new ones filter through. Sounds about right for me, as soon as i invest in anything the bottom usually falls out of it!!!!
