Quick question for y'all, guys.
Am wondering if anyone knows whether or not the Sport button function can be retrofitted to be one of the choices on the steering wheel diamond button? (Gen I, petrol S).
Just a software patch in the MFD, I would imagine?
Both buttons are simply push to engage so that wouldn't be a barrier.
That circular lump that's stuck on the steering column in the newer models is just so 'bolt-on', altho I guess it's positioned that way to be a good place for the right-hand thumb??

I would doubt it. No harm in asking an OPC, but I’ve never heard of anyone doing this in this forum.

Me too, hence the reason for posting this.
It would be more quick-fire, easy to reach and way safer too as you wouldn't even need to take your eyes off the road.
@Makanik - yes, I doubt it too, ultimately, but am going in to an OPC before Sept so will be asking there too, just thought I'd ask here first to see if anyone knew of the possibility.
