Noisy self levelling air suspension

Hi all! I'm new to the forum, so hello...
I have just bought a 2015 Macan S and am loving it. I have a slight problem though. The air suspension all works fine, and when adjusting manually in the cabin everything is nice and quiet. When i park the car and get out, and close the door, it self levels. It's at this time, and this time only that the height adjusts but it makes a creaking noise coming from underneath, finished by a small release of air sound. What is this? Sounds like something may need lubricating? I'm just confused it only makes the noise when self levelling, and not when i adjust the height manually from in the car. Any feedback would be much appreciated!!

My first Macan “2016” did creak and groan a bit when switched off, nothing wrong with it though. Don’t notice it with my current “2020” model.

Mine's done that since new not loud and never given it a second thought. If it starts hissing I'll be looking into it!
