Had 2021 gts which the gear lever pushed to the left for manual mode, got a 2022 gts now,that move to the left doesn't happen, what am I missing?

Small -M+ button to the left hand side on the steering wheel.

I had the same question when test driving.

There is an ‘m’ button on the left side of steering controls which switches to manual mode from what I remember when test driving

You can also push the flappy paddles to change up/down which temporarily changes you to manual and will go back to auto if you don’t do anything else.
