If you have ACC, could it be somehow linked to the PAC system?
Maybe tape over the radar to test?
If it were me, i'd be over at the OPC pronto :)
Problem is its pretty much impossible to replicate with any certainty and I’m 99% sure it wouldn’t do it when I take it over to the OPC.

The car does have ACC, which means it does have the auto braking but you’ll usually know if that kicks in because it gets quite shouty about it.

No brake by wire as such. Sounds like it is more a delayed change from 2 to 1 or 0 to 1 (2 if you are not in Sport,S+) causing the lurch.........

PORSCHE PDK RESET

Go through this procedure:

1. Turn on the engine, turn off A/C (and any other consumer like PCM, etc.) and let the engine run for 3 minutes.

2. Turn on A/C and wait another 3 minutes.

3. Turn off engine, remove the key, close the car and wait one minute.

4. Restart car and PDK is now reset to factory default
