Can anyone tell me if the build tracking is available for a Macan, dealer has told me it is not, any information would be appreciated.

In your dreams! The only way I could track progress was by a polite email request for the order status on the first Mon of the month.

They choose in the main to deny the existence of a tracking system which only comes into practical operation when they have a build date for your car.

Not locking down the spec leaves you free to look around or place another deposit elsewhere and to take advantage of who offers tge build slot earliest.

Deposit is refundable in full until you lockdown then you are contracted to buy.
