Good electric cars at a good price with a good ownership proposition. No surprise. πŸ‘
Or is it just that they had a couple of ship fulls arrive? Were they top of the polls last month? Will they be next month? Yes they're selling lots of cars at present, lots more than I thought they ever would, but I still think the biggest test for Tesla is yet to come.

Yes could be that too. But they are an attractive mid mass market proposition without being overly offensive. Good luck to them I say. 😊

The Teslas are at 6 and 7 in the YTD sales stats, and I reckon they could certainly both be in the top five by the year end... :geek:

And the model Y arriving in the UK increases their market presence in the popular SUV/Crossover sector

I would guess that a high proportion were company purchases to beat the 31 March tax year end. Even so the ability to avoid the component issues is noteworthy.

Don't travel the motorways so much as retired, but last week did Worcs to Reigate and back stopped at Oxford services. All bar 2 Tesla chargers were in use and it 'felt' as if every 5th car on the motorway was a Model 3?

Agree. I travel to/from Oxford every weekend and I see loads of Model 3s! It could well be the most common car that I see on the route, and around Oxford. :geek:

but then do adverts actually sell things? Not to me generally. I've got a watch and a car based on reports published in the press but the only thing that comes to mind as bought as a result of an advert is the house. That'll be 2 purchases in 66 years...... I must be missing something!
