From reading around I understand that wiring harnesses are produced in western Ukraine and those plants are now shut so it might be some time before those plants re-open or an alternative supply chain is established.

I'm now wondering if the electric Macan is going to be in my hands sooner...in which case I'll flip the order over.
But how much is this car going to cost? And won’t it be equally delayed.

I've heard from a mate in Europe that Porsche are going to suspend all production of all models.

I heard today that Skoda are struggling , not just with supply chain but with manpower; apparently quite a few employees are heading to Ukraine to defend their home country.

Prob £80k+. The car's not signed off yet so ample time to plan production.

As with all of us who are awaiting our cars, it's worth being patient and ignoring the naysayers. It'll all get there. 👍

In Christophus this month it states 550 cars a day come out of Leipzig, 88% of which are LHD.

So that makes 66 RHD, assuming 15% Pana and 85% Macan that leaves 56 cars for UK, Australia, India, Japan etc. I reckon around 20-30pd could end up here.

That's a fair number so the wait shouldn't be too long for cars ordered in 2021.

Add South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong etc to the RHD list, but your logic stands really as not many will end up in SA, HK, and India. Personally, I still expect to be sat in mine before the end of the year as long as Putins mob don't get any ideas abut moving West..
