Line failure in our village took 10 days to trace and repair, but no problem as within a few hours we were back up with power. Thanks to… Four of these, umm Diesel Generators 😖

The problem is the batteries still have to charge at some point and what happens if you're planning to drive a long way all of a sudden and then find your battery is not fully charged because they are taking the power from it??

I think this would work better if everyone was driving hydrogen cars. You could use the additional power from the car to go towards the power usage in your home. I remember James May testing a very early hydrogen car saying that you could power your house and your street from it.

I think the BMW i4 is probably the best reason to keep an ICE car 😂
Used to have 2016 Macan Turbo PHCKCL70
Previously a 2014 Macan Turbo.
Now a 2021 Tesla Model 3 LR

That picture looks very much like it was taken at the Moat House Hotel at Winnersh near Reading? Moat by name and Moat by nature. It's built over the river Loddon and always gets flooded after heavy rain - and so they've built a Tesla supercharger station there
