Looks likely that 1st year RFL from April this year will be £2015

That’s gone up by a third of a painted Macan badge!!

Anyone Know what Year 2 to 5 will be?

Correct me if I’m wrong but the first year is currently £2245 increasing to £2365.

After that the standard annual rate is currently £155 increasing to £165 and because the list price is over £40,000 when new you have to pay an additional rate of £355 per year on top of the standard rate, for five years.

I took it as the Macan S being 255 g/Km that it would fall in to the band lower down and maybe the GTS would be in the band you suggested but I could be wrong.

Think Sniperob is correct as the weight of additions, panroof, spare wheel, 75litre tank, 14 way seats and 21”wheels may if not already, push it up to the higher category. Suggest check with OPC

The key is the 255 g/km figure, that and below is currently £1915 first year, above 255 attracts the higher number.

The S is less than the GTS from what I remember. It is not based on weight or BHP etc, just the emission rate tested for each model.

Seems all a bit false now to be honest. My current 2L Merc diesel is just £20 per year and has been since new!

Looking at my new vehicle order form this shows the RFL to be £2245 for the S I ordered so is the higher band and will increase to £2365. I’m also due to be collecting my car in April so the increase in RFL will apply to me.

My S order shows £1915. I’d say that’s a mistake.
