I don't disagree with you, but it has moved on now, as the car was returned with the new diffuser fitted.
Again, referring to my above comments regarding communication, they never told me in advance that they could get or had received the diffuser, and I was unavailable to take a call from them, but later my wife text me to say the car had been returned.

I had no opportunity to be there to inspect the works.

Here it is with the new diffuser:

Sounds like all has ended well and pleased for you Bazza. Also looks like they knew the part number all along so can’t think what all that was about?!

Good to see your car back looking the way it should, bad enough the cat issue then all the crap comms regarding the repair. Anyway all sorted now, enjoy!
