Bonnet alignment
The bonnet alignment is something that Porsche have got horribly wrong for whatever reason and should not be happening with the level of laser guided robotics utilised in car manufacturing these days. I would also argue that bits of external black trim should align perfectly, but this is something I would be prepared to let go, otherwise you will never be happy with it.
Finally it just goes to show the usefulness of this forum, so that these issue can be reviewed and actioned accordingly

I can only imagine what Reading OPC have told
You .
As a matter of interest do you know who Reading would use as there bodyshop, as although my OPC (Chester) had an opinion (which could be dismissive if you’d let it), it was the bodyshop who dealt with Porsche GB.

Yes, done under warranty. Still bulges out slightly when hot but I doubt anyone other than me would ever notice. Both side now have exactly the same gap, which is good.
The door still isn’t 100% but its close enough that you’d have to really look to spot it.
All-in-all happy with how Mid Sussex sorted it, but not so happy it needed sorting in the first place.

I thought this was a new topic, since I bought in 2019 but when looking for something else I turned up this from 2014:
