Welcome to our friendly forum!
My initial thought would be a ‘no’ but we have several members with Gen III Macans now, so am sure they’ll confirm.

Have just checked the standard equipment on the configurator. It mentions front daytime running lights, but not at the rear.

Welcome.
Macan’s do have the auto lights on feature when the outside conditions dictate that lights all around should be on.
All round daytime lights really should be standard on all vehicles.

One of the bigger "problems" in recent years is drivers thinking because the DRLs are on they're OK. I don't know of any cars where the rear lights are on all the time. Happy to be proved wrong though.

Our Seat Leon certainly has rear as well as front DRLs.
Never looked at the Macan rear light bar in daylight when front DRLs are on. Will check tomorrow...

My Wife’s new 2022 Audi Q3 Sportback has rear daytime running lights, i could also program the rear lights on my BMW 4 series. Also my Wifes older 2016 A3 has rear daytime running lights.
