It'll probably be here sooner than you think too. The factory shutdown should allow the backlog at the ports to clear.

Noticed this when looking at my locked in spec due for August build. I will not be happy if this is true

I guess as they haven’t contacted me there’s a chance it’ll still be delivered with it given the car has its build slot. Much like the electric steering?

Probably best to contact them and confirm if yours is affected or not I think. The steering column was removed from mine and they did not contact me, I had to call them after reading on here. Even then they didn’t know anything about it until they checked with HQ!

Yeah, I guess I’ll have to and also organise a good listen of the base unit to decide if it’s a show stopper or not. What a pain being this close.

I was advised earlier this week to to finalise my spec ASAP, build date (V260) is 16 Sep. Noticed the same when looking at the confuserator yesterday. Checked with my SE and was told that as my order already includes BOSE I was not affected. However he did say they cannot place any new orders with BOSE until next year.
