Build allocations only
The standard sound system is fine for most peoples needs. I had Bose in my previous S but apart from a slightly deeper base there isn't much difference , not £1200 difference anyway, besides I prefer listening to the engine/exhaust. I'm more brassed off about lack of USB in centre console as I don't have an iphone

I will be amazed if you get compensation on a September delivery. I locked down in June and was told new price and no compensation as electric colum no longer available and slightly discounted in 18 way sear price.Skyway wrote: ↑Sat Aug 06, 2022 12:49 pm My OPC didn’t push Bose at all. I liked its sound so for the amount in question I chose it. Literally every Macan I’ve driven has had it so I don’t really know how it compares. You do have to play with the settings to get the best sound though
Also, with every car driven having had it I figure it may be something buyers look for in the used car market. If it isn’t supplied on my car being built in Aug then I’ll just take the money back and ask the OPC what compensation is coming. Already have the £360 for no electric steering adjustment.
You could always stick o bose badge on the speakers
Eventually received March 2023.

If they deliver mine without the bose i’m not accepting it. The auto steering column was a standard option/ not paid for. The bose is a critical paid for option for me..
Build completion I believe

Concur, this is the Porsche code for vehicle completion, looking at my own tracking printout this is then followed on the same day by Entry/Exit factory compound at Leipzig (Event keys V311/V312), around a week later entry/exit Port at Emben (Event keys V331/V332), and then another week to entry/exit Port Sheerness** (Event keys GB00/GB01) and finally entry into your dealership (V900), but these key event time times are very much 'roughly' and could end up taking much longer!!?
** Understand the GB Port is very dependent on the location of your dealership? - Mine is showing Port Sheerness for OPC Tewkesbury

I’ll happily take it instead of you as I’m sure half the forum would…london2799 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 07, 2022 7:15 pm If they deliver mine without the bose i’m not accepting it. The auto steering column was a standard option/ not paid for. The bose is a critical paid for option for me..
You would seriously wait up to a year for a new order/build (assuming Bose components become available again)????london2799 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 07, 2022 7:15 pm If they deliver mine without the bose i’m not accepting it.
Bose is 3 extra surround speakers and a cheap passive subwoofer plus some dsp modes...
