Brief rattle only on warm start

Hello,
I've read some of the forum posts but did not find anything similar. My 2015 Macan diesel makes a brief rattle noise which can be heard when starting the car warm (only occurs when oil temp is above 75 °C). If I add a bit of throttle at start-up the noise disappears immediately.

Never happens on a cold engine or if I let it sit for an hour. Any ideas?
