991.2 Carrera S Winter Wheels

Hi. I'm looking for a set of winter wheels and tyres for my 991.2 Carrera S. I have the rear wheel steering option on my car so I think I am limited to the 20" wheel option? Can anyone confirm this is the case or can I get away with 19s? Anyone know the part numbers? Thanks for your help.

On the Rennlist 991 forum, I have also heard those with rear axle steering saying that they don’t think 19” wheels will fit. The same applies to those with PCCBs.

I have just sold a set of 19" Carrera "V" wheels with new winter tyres on them on eBay, but as Simon said they would not have fitted your car with rear axle steering:
This is from the Tequipment website:
19-inch Carrera winter wheel-and-tyre set
Light-alloy wheel in distinctive 5-spoke design with open spokes.
Please note: Not in conjunction with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB), rear axle steering and Carrera S power kit.

Hope you’re still loving the 4.0 GTS, Semerka.
As you might see from another thread, if I was mad enough to order a new Porsche, I’d likely go for one of those!

Yes, we are still loving it, piling the miles on.
But your T is very special, so hang on to it for a little longer.

Thanks Semerka. I spoke to my OPC and you are right I need the 20" wheels with the rear axle steering option. I have part numbers now with offsets. Just need to find some that fit!

Will do! Once I get it back with two new turbos and (hopefully) a fixed coolant leak!
