Step changes in My Porsche app for new order

We ordered an S and a GTS at the same time, both locked down on 8 June.
My GTS has been at Step 3 since 10 July - build due to be completed in a week and a bit - which is fine, but wifey's S has been stuck at Step 2 since 17 June.
Is this normal or should I chase up my OPC?

Chase up your SE and or the Dealer Principle.

If you Locked down the Wife’s spec when asked which would be when they have an allocated build slot, the build slot is c6-8 weeks later.

If you just locked down then the build is when it is.

It pays not to lockdown until absolutely necessary but it does pay to tell the SE when you are ready to lockdown and that you can lockdown early if an allocation presents itself

Both were hard locked the same day in early June (SE wouldn't entertain a minor change on 10 June as told me it was too late).
Last update from SE was on 5 July:

Both your cars have now gone into production. They are due to be completed on the 9th August.

SE followed up with factory. Surprise, surprise, the MyPorsche app/webpage lag behind the real-time factory status.

Indeed it is. GTS is now showing to be at Emden and the S in production.

All in full flow now. GTS in the UK and S on the ship from Germany. Seems I was worrying for nothing!
