ALA & Sureterm Insurance - Great to deal with

Just wanted to say that it’s been so easy dealing with ALA Insurance when we have changed our Macan. We paid a top up premium and began a new 4 year policy when we swapped the T for the GTS and then took out another new policy for the current GTS that we collected at the beginning of June. The cost for the latest policy to start again for 4 years was less than £23. They even offered to just update purchase date and value FOC.

When we called Sureterm to advise a change of vehicle, but everything apart from value and purchase date was the same as current car, they agreed to waive their admin fee.


Great customer service is such a rare thing these days.
