For those who have/had 911’s which one?
1/ 2018 GTS with all toys circa 15k miles
2/ 2018 4 GTS with all toys circa 20k miles
3/ 2018 GTS no toys circa 6k miles
3/ 2019 992 C2 with just 14w circa 7k miles
All around £86k
Am now bamboozled with looking and comparing but I’m leaning towards number 2
Any (helpful) comments welcome…

Presume the first three are 991.2s.
None of them are high miles.
I’d be swayed by things like colour & wheels etc, with more details on toys too.
A 2018 with 20k miles would not put me off, as my 2018 has more than double that!

It’s a lovely choice to have and a tough one. Personally I’d go with options 1 or 4 after test drives but to be fair, there isn’t really a bad choice. Happy hunting

“All toys” means 18w, camera, heated wheel, roof, interior pack and front lift all in addition to usual GTS stuff.
Obviously C2 is Spartan but is a 992 at same price it was at retail. Will C2 hold value better and will I enjoy a GTS (991) more?? obvs nobody can answer second part but I do like the toys - some of which are actually useful

3 because it’s nearest to the 911 ideal. Two wheel drive 911s are lighter and have more ‘feel’ in handling. The traction control system is so good it keeps the power delivery under control through the rear wheels. More toys means more weight and often are unnecessary on public roads. High end sound systems are also pretty pointless due to the background noise in the GTS.

I think in the long run, a GTS will hold its value better than a C2.Jon A wrote: ↑Mon Jan 16, 2023 6:03 pmYes 991’s which I am liking more and more.Wing Commander wrote: ↑Mon Jan 16, 2023 5:51 pm Presume the first three are 991.2s.

Personally, I’m not bothered about most of the toys that you mention, in which case, I might go for the low mileage GTS, depending on colour etc.

Thanks Nick, I was hoping you (among others) would respond. I can get behind what you are saying but have a slight issue with the seats. In the Boxster, if I want to put the seat back after Mrs A has been driving, it needs me to “squeeze in” to toggle it back on its runners, it’s a pain and same applies to 4w on 911??Nuclear Nick wrote: ↑Mon Jan 16, 2023 6:07 pm 3 because it’s nearest to the 911 ideal. I have 18 ways chosen for the range of adjustment and for the extending squab. I’m 6’ 2” so the seat is fully back for me. My wife rarely drives the 911 but we have our seat settings saved to ‘our’ key and so pressing the relevant memory button sets the seat for each of us. For me driving position and comfort are key and particularly so in a car like the 911 so it was an important choice.Jon A wrote: ↑Mon Jan 16, 2023 6:12 pmThanks Nick, I was hoping you (among others) would respond. My view exactly but option 3 with “no toys” only has 4w seats. It also doesn’t have multi- function wheel so can’t even turn volume up without reaching and fiddling etc - but it’s only done 5,900 miles… ahhhh!!Nuclear Nick wrote: ↑Mon Jan 16, 2023 6:20 pmI have 18 ways chosen for the range of adjustment and for the extending squab.
