Morning, new member here. Had an unexpected call from my OPC to say my Macan was ready to collect (early Christmas present). Now need a winter set of wheels if anyone's selling any? Looking for a reasonably fresh set of winter tyres on them, either Alpins or Dunlop 4Ds. Cheers! P.S Merry Christmas everyone!

Speak nicely to your dealer and you’ll be able to get the proper Gen 3 20” winter wheel/tyre set for £3600
I have a set of 19” ‘Turbo’ wheels in great condition with virtually new tyres. Listed on this forum here:

Please bear in mind that if you are also thinking you may need to use chains, as far as I was able to find out, chains are not comparable with any wheels larger than 19”!

Good try Les, but you might want to check the date!LesThAn< wrote: ↑Sat Dec 10, 2022 5:30 pm I have a set of 19” ‘Turbo’ wheels in great condition with virtually new tyres. Listed on this forum here:

I think Nick is referring to the date of the OP question - it was a year ago!LesThAn< wrote: ↑Fri Dec 16, 2022 6:34 pmThat’s the second (or third) remark you’ve made about these. Please enlighten me rather than just hinting at there being an issue.Nuclear Nick wrote: ↑Sat Dec 10, 2022 5:35 pmGood try Les, but you might want to check the date!LesThAn< wrote: ↑Sat Dec 10, 2022 5:30 pm I have a set of 19” ‘Turbo’ wheels in great condition with virtually new tyres. If you have some reference from Porsche on the matter please kindly share it.

Ah, well that’s rather embarrassing on two fronts. One, I somehow dragged up an old post without realising, and two, as a result I thought Nick was making some reference to the age of the tyres!
Sorry Nick. Complete misunderstanding. It all makes sense now!
