Live Traffic Info on PCM Navigation Map Not Showing

Emailed Porsche GB today to see what they were going to offer. I will keep you updated on any resolution offered, likewise if you or anyone else could share any offers too that would be appreciated.

So the live traffic worked a treat all week. Took us a way from a couple of snarl ups a an closed road I already new about so I really happy about that.
The car was a joy up until Friday when unfortunately the aircon decided to play up again.
It had been fine but for some reason wouldn't turn on at all then suddenly went full on for a couple of seconds only to sit silent for a couple of minutes to then repeat the cycle.
I'm back onto Porsche.

PS the crayon really stands up well to not being washed all week. Covered in dust but still looks good.

Hi Nella, there is a current recall out for air con with some cars. Checked mine and no code showing but I know another member on here has had notification - I think he got his in January this year.

Thanks Jon, hopefully a quick fix but it’ll be the second aircon fix since delivery!!

just to advise i accepted £450.00 from Porsche in the way of compensation for the lack of Live Traffic since collection back in April

I’ve booked my car in for the real time traffic updates to be fixed but no word of compensation.

Please can you post a photo of the software versions page in the PCM if yours has been fixed? I’m keen to see if there is a software version change or if they do something else to fix the issue.

Just collected mine today. It is a software update. The new version page now shows the following
