Hi

Can anyone please help?

I have a 2017 Macan S and whilst cleaning the car today I noticed I couldn't open the fuel flap!
I have located the emergency red button in the boot and tried this...but still nothing.

There is a Porsche dealers close to me but shut today! was hoping it didn't need a trip there!

To add insult to injury the ad-blue warning has just come on!

Thanks

My only suggestion is that you get someone to press on the fuel cap while you try the red button again. This happened once on one of my wife's previous VW Tiguans and it only took the dealer around 15 minutes to sort it but I don't know what they did.

I would just keep trying the flap while someone else presses the red button. Take your time and don't break anything.

Check the manual to ensure that you are trying the emergency release properly. I remember pulling something.

It will hopefully eventually open. Good luck.

Hi Guys

Thanks for the replies, I'll try getting someone to push on the flap whilst operating the emergency pull cord, hopefully that will do the trick!!

I'll keep you posted

Thanks again

Is asking whether or not the car was locked a stupid question?

On reflection it was a stupid question, he had located the red button in the boot, that couldn't be open with the car locked...
