Plus they normally work 24/5. They could increase production by 20 or 40% if they worked weekends to catch up lost production.

There is hope. The car has entered the bodyshop (CP0) on Wednesday this week and is due to complete build (CP8) on Friday 22nd.

They actually run 24 hours x 6 days a week, the 7th day is for essential maintenance, servicing and cleaning all robots, machinery and work stations. So increasing production is not easy at all but possible, upping speed at the risk of quality possibly, or breakdowns in machinery etc.

Porsche Customer Services have informed me my T now has a VIN however my SA at OPC has said the schedule is still unchanged.

I'll take both as positives that things are progressing.

My Build completion (CP 8.0) date is 11/05. About 3 weeks behind yours then. Have your OPC provided you with the VIN?

I've had an expected CP8 date of yesterday. The VIN was on the Porsche website - I got a link to add the car to my Porsche Connect and it's there now with all its spec.

How did you know where to get it? Did the OPC provide you with a link?

Yes, then yesterday they called me to say it's arriving on Monday so I'm collecting it on Thursday.
