What’s the opinion on sports painted side skirts?

Personally for £580 I don’t notice a difference, so I’ve stuck with the standard side skirts on my spec but optioned the painted front apron and painted rear apron instead. £540 for both and makes a much bigger difference to the aesthetic of the car compared to the painted side skirts.

Needs either none or both options IMO to retain a consistent painted body line front to rear.

Not needed if you have painted sideblades. Also with the extra apparent body area it kind of calls out for 21" wheels to restore balance (assuming you have front and rear painted sections to match for a consistent body line as Percymon mentions)

I personally prefer the look of the car without the extra bits being painted.

I’d rather save the £540, £580 or £1,120, or spend the cash elsewhere. :)

Totally agree. I wouldn't spend money on something you'd never notice when next to or in the car. Spend it on something you'll see or feel inside?
I do prefer the black lower trim on the python GTS option.

Thanks for the feedback. On my Carrara white spec I agree it doesn’t need them painted. I actually think it looks sleeker with the standard black.

The all black certainly gives an overall sleeker look in the photos - but at the same time all that additional black plastic ‘feels’ cheaper.
