Does anybody know the name of these parts of the bodywork?

Previously owned:
2022 Macan GTS Gentian Blue
Macan SD - Volcano Grey
Boxster S - Polar Silver

The painted part is the rear apron mid section and the bottom arrow is the rear diffuser. Its how Porsche has described it on their website:

Absolutely gutted for you as that pic of the rear end of your car looks spot on, I know how you feel, when you know there is an imperfection of slight damage you just cant help but stare at it and feel every other motorist and pedestrian does as well.
Hope you get it all sorted to your liking.
