THHGTTG was the only user I’d ever read about on here who got motion sickness from air. Nothing to report on the front in 3 months of driving since we took ownership of ours.
To be fair, this started in earnest a couple of years ago. A lady forum member took delivery of a Macan Turbo fitted with air suspension. She began to suffer car sickness every time she was in the car. She then ordered a replacement Turbo on steel springs and that solved her problem. It is rare but it does happen.
Yep, true story. Semerka.

Then bought a 991.2.

Then a 4.0 Cayman GTS. 8-)
Who needs Google with you guys around! I bet Omni didn't know that though

Ex.: Gen2 S, Volcano grey 1/9/19 - 3/2/23 & 39,235 Smiles, RIP

Wasn’t it Bramptonmel? Eventually she bought a Targa I think. But maybe Semerka suffered too?

But this whole motion sickness thing has been massively overblown. Not for those who did suffer of course, but when this was extensively discussed at the time most people with air reported that they could feel no floatiness whatsoever, and the tiny proportion who did fixed it by running permanently in the sport setting in PASM.

There is no reason not to specify air and end up losing all the benefits.
