You don’t need to worry about rain water getting in! The electronics are completely encased in a rubber type potting compound. Got a feeling this construction is the main part of the cracking problem?
Maybe I will fit some CF covers, £90 v £900.. repeat?

I’ve now had 6 cracked handles on a two year old car. It’s getting tedious as my OPC is quite some distance away from where I live.

Not sure that keyless entry would be relevant to the cracking of the rear passenger door handle.

I have keyless entry ...and all doors can be locked and mirrors folded by touching any door handle front and rear, so I guess they all have similar electronics within them ... ?
Spoke with Brooklands this morning , sounds doubtful whether they will repair them again ( I am out of warranty) and as they were repaired under warranty a year ago that work is not covered ... this seems farcical for such a Brand to not honour repairs such as this. I have sent the US bulleting 1901 Part ID 5711 to see if that helps at all.

I also have the comfort & drive keyless entry. It would be interesting to know if the handle part number is different for cars with the comfort & drive option.

For what it’s worth.... my 2018MY Macan (with keyless entry and start) had three cracked handles replaced under warranty. Front and rear doors affected and OPC Glasgow seemed very familiar with the problem.

Hard to justify any resistance to foc replacement, even out of warranty, it seems a very common problem.

Yes they are. For example:

Front right without entry and drive: 95B 837 206

Front right with entry and drive: 95B 837 206 A

(EDIT: Those relate to early Macans, and newer models may have later part numbers, usually with the letter at the end changing. This important thing is that they are different with entry and drive.)
