I gave the Macan a run out today and to be fair its 1st run for a few weeks.
My son bought a Vw Amarok 3ltr V6 and enjoyed the M25 on the return journey, 160 miles in and about 5 from home the car lost loads of power and lots of lights !
Vw Assist sent a technician within 30 minutes which was great, and hour and a half later he was unable to get the test equipment to talk to my 2018 Gts/ the second time I have called them out and each time the AA cannot fault find my car?
The car is getting recovered tomorrow, awaiting to see what loan car will be offered ( I have the 2 year extended warranty and loan car option)
So this happened today like Blackpool lights!
Did he check the battery?

I did drive it home the last 5 miles, the pics are on my driveway with the car back in my garage.
I was told years ago if the warning lights are orange/amber safe to drive if red stop straight away.

Isn’t this quite a common fault on this forum? It’s usually either an ABS sensor or a battery issue.
I'm not sure why you mentioned the Amarok as the second line of your post reads as if that is the vehicle in trouble.
As others have said, an ABS wheel sensor is high on the list of suspects. If the faults were a result of the layout time they would have indicated on first start up and would probably have self rectified well before 160 miles.
