Thanks for all your advice.
Had all four ABS sensors changed (diagnostics showed one had failed) at a cost of £250 - not at a main dealer.
All fault codes cleared and everything now seems fine.
Battery ok for the time being.

Found this thread because my wife's Macan has popped up the GRA/ACC fault on the display. It doesn't have ACC, just normal cruise control, if that makes any difference. I'm fairly sure the battery is fine because the car is only 5 months old with 8,000 miles on it, so it's used regularly. And it came up when she got back from a 400 mile trip to Plymouth and back today.

My first guess is the ABS/wheel speed sensors, perhaps just being dirty. It could be a spurious low voltage; these smart charging systems don't necessarily keep the battery 100% fully charged I guess, though no problem starting it. Anyway, if it doesn't go away then I'm sure it'll be covered by warranty.

Well I think the fault was actually a puncture - my wife found the tyre flat today. Surprised it came up with that odd fault and not a warning about the tyre pressure though; it would have been useful to know before she was stranded.

Made good use of the space saver spare anyway.
