I think the 120M is the distance covered when the handheld camera is "Locked" onto the car so gives speed in that distance covered.

But if thats the speed in a 30mph area thats serioulsy well over the threshold, Wiltshire road policing Unit posted the detail, but then again car and driver could be from anywhere in the coutry.

It would have been practical!!!! to then use at the other end? unless of course your team of landscape gardeners already have one.
