Depends on how many cars you’ve got and how much time you spend on the yacht 😁
No, it doesn't.

Thank you, nice to see you drive a 911 daily, not jealous at all....

What engine is yours? What is your mpg like if you don't mind me asking.
3.0 twin turbo flat 6 engine.

On a decent run (doing 70 to 80) can be up to 30mpg.

Much less on short runs, around town or hooning it. ;)

Thank you all, this is being very helpful.

In regards to s Cayman forum, I am really struggling to find :(

Definitely going to book a test drive in one and see how it feels.

I have a 992 that I use as my only car, around 10k miles per year and my wife uses her 718 Boxster as her daily at around 7k per year.
Both have proved completely reliable and perfectly comfortable enough to do so.
I would say test drive, and if satisfied with basics like “can I get in and out” then it will make a great daily drive 👍

I have a 2015 2.7l Boxster and it’s fine as a daily drive, very practical with the two boots but enormous fun to drive. We took it on trip to Italy last year and it comfortably ate up the miles on the autoroute down there but was fabulous in the alps when let loose.

Do people recommend using super unleaded as standard?

Yes, why wouldn’t you? Trying to save around 10% of a total fuel bill on a finely tuned car worth thick end of £80k plus doesn’t make any sense at all!!

Welcome

My Mrs went from a 2008 TT DSG V6 convertible (or whatever they called it!) to a 2012 981S boxster pdk

She loved her TT then loved he porker even more!

Great cars.

Generally reliable.

Fair servicing costs

Yes to super unleaded

Doubt you will find a 10 year old 981 at an OPC to drive they will all be 781s with the subaru engine

Good luck
