Interesting too that for you the Macan was your best ever car, given that you loved your R8.
No doubt objectively the Macan was the best but I never felt any real emotional connection to it.
Comfortable, practical, fast enough, drives well, but still a mini SUV.
Florence (the R8) was special. Heart skips a beat special.
I was a little surprised when I didn’t feel that wrench when my Turbo went. That wasn’t the case many years ago when I watched our trusty Saab 96 disappearing down the road on a trailer!
