Unfortunately you can at least double that build cost today. Raw materials alone have seen a 50% to 100% hike in the last 12 months. Not just used cars going up in price it seems. I’m buying a £70k Porsche and couldn’t even dream of affording a self build in current climate, let alone purchasing the necessary land!
