Our experience at Porsche Glasgow was good. Really looked after my wife as she can be quite awkward as hates buying cars (well the normal process of back and forth).
We didn’t have that tbh.
My neighbour hated his experience in there when he went to order his car. So travelled 60 mile to Edinburgh to buy his 911 targa GTS. Said they were so much better to deal with.
Maybe it’s how they manage your individual expectations and experience, and how you manage them as well.
