Never looked at a manual for a car in my life, just kind of a “get in and drive it” kinda of a guy 😂
…obviously the occasional button does go under the radar… 😳

Many years ago I was walking home from work on a day we’d had a heavy fall of snow. We lived at the top of a hill. At the bottom of the hill were lots of abandoned cars that had failed to make any progress up the hill. As I walked I noticed a single pair of tyre tracks going up the road and wondered what car had managed this. I carried on up the long steep hill and was gobsmacked to see the tracks turn into our drive and disappear into the garage! I couldn’t believe my wife had done this but she said “the car just did it”. It was a Saab 96.

I had an Alfasud once. Great fun car. Driving down a snowy road thought I'd have some fun. Slight bend so I thought a wee tweek on the handbrake to bring the back round would be fun.

Oops I didn't realise at 'sud had inboard front discs for the handbrake. Interesting feeling ploughing straight on in a straight line 🤣🤣

In the 70’s I was driving into the office and stopped off at the M61 southbound services.

The whole car park was empty and covered in sheet ice.

I had a whale of a time going sideways for 1/2 an hour.

Got into the office late but happy
