Hi all,

I have a friend who has a 2016 Macan S without a spare wheel and has a Bose amp. The question is will a collapsible spare 18" wheel fit in the boot well with the Bose amp?

Does anyone have one for sale?

Thanks in advance Toddie

As said, it should fit OK. I have Bose and spare wheel (2015).

Continuing this thread, I have been offered a 19" genuine Porsche space saver wheel & tyre for my pal, the question now is does anyone know whether a 19" will fit with the Bose amp?

I specified a spare wheel when I bought my car. However, just to throw a spanner in the works, I'd now question whether a spare wheel is actually necessary. I've jacked my car up and removed a wheel, in daylight, in summer, in the safety of my drive, and it wasn't an easy or pleasant job. On a wet night at the side of the road, it would be most unpleasant. Plus, the wheels are huge and a punctured wheel would take up a lot of room in the loadspace. So I now reckon that my best plan in the event of a roadside puncture is to call out a breakdown truck and let them sort it.
