Likewise. But didn't the NHS reduce the power of the P'Scripts, by saying that medicine that could be purchased over the counter without the need for a script, will not be covered by a script. AND we must pay for that.
Not sure on your point, as I’ve never faced this situation.
The point is how governments can manipulate the rules, regulations at whim. And nothing lasts forever.
