Two weeks ago I made a short video just to show my OPC the rattle (now fixed) and noticed today it's has 1.9k views!

Do people have nothing better to do?

Here, make it 2k...

Lol.

It was a foam sleeve for a cable which had slipped down the cable and allowed it to ker-boing against the door skin. They repositioned the sleeve and secured in place.

Did you get this done under warranty?

It was done a month or so after we bought the car, with extended warranty. Whether the OPC did it under extended warranty, as a gesture of goodwill, or under the 3mth obligation which comes with all used cars I don't know.

I had a speaker/trim buzz in my 981 within extended warranty and a different OPC told me it wasn't covered. It later disappeared after the door was rebuilt having been dismantled by this OPC's body shop for a corrosion 'wart' to be fixed by re-painting it. Aluminium corrodes too.

I spent hours online trying to get help diagnosing a rattle in my 718, so not surprised by the number of views
