Are you sure about that Allan? Mine had ACC but no speed limiter, I think the ACC kind of supersedes it.

There’s definitely a speed limiter button on the end of the ACC stalk ;)

Yes it is. It does not limit your speed. You have to adjust the limit by pulling or pushing the stalk.

Yes it is. It does not limit your speed. You have to adjust the limit by pulling or pushing the stalk.
It’s not.

The whole stalk is moved down to switch off and up to resume.

To turn on ACC you move the stalk away from you which sets the speed and increments.

I believe that is to turn off the ACC temporarily, e.g. maybe roadworks, then resume to revert back to whatever speed had previously been set
