Not actually for the macan, but i have cream leather seats in my BMW and they are starting to look a bit grubby. I don't need a restorer as have no scuffs etc just want a good leather cleaner. Any recommendations as there seems to be so many different types.
Thanks
Recommend leather cleaner
I always steam clean my leather, cleans, shrinks back any minor creasing at the same time and plumps up the foam underneath the seats with the same action, maybe concentrating on the seams to inject more steam into bolsters etc.
Then just use a final layer of protection depending on what type of leather. Gtechniq L1 gives a nice matt finish and suitably protects. Scratches and scuffs would need another process in between.

I use Autoglym leather cleaner, followed by their leather care balm, which work very well on my pebble leather interior.HertsMacan wrote: ↑Thu Aug 24, 2023 10:38 pm Not actually for the macan, but i have cream leather seats in my BMW and they are starting to look a bit grubby. I use Restorers Leather Cleaner on the Pebble seats in my Macan. Excellent stuff! About a tenner from Amazon.

It smells nice too
I would never use any Autoglym product especially in-car as the aroma make my eyes red and irritated, its foul stuff.
For leather I have used Zymol for the past 25 years, two bottles, one is a cleaner the other a conditioner.
Leather in my Macan is like new and there is a huge benefit there is minimal residual aroma.

Haha…you must have a sensitive smell Col, as I can’t smell anything unusual after using Autoglym.

As I said earlier, I think that the leather balm has a very pleasant "leathery smell" . Similar to when the car is brand newAllanG wrote: ↑Fri Aug 25, 2023 12:00 pmCol Lamb wrote: ↑Fri Aug 25, 2023 11:19 am I would never use any Autoglym product especially in-car as the aroma make my eyes red and irritated, its foul stuff.
